The Level 1 Fire Safety Awareness course gives individuals basic knowledge and understanding of fire safety with the course being completed over half a day. This course is ideal for any workplace and any level of employment, giving individuals the knowledge on how to respond in the event of a fire and how to minimise the risk of causing a fire.
There will be multiple teaching methods used to engage delegates in the course, from insightful videos to talking. This course does not contain any practical elements; however, if you would like to add this on to the course, please let us know in advance. There will be a multiple-choice examination at the end of this course to ensure that you have understood the contents of the course and feel confident in what you have learnt.
After successfully completing the Fire Safety Awareness course, each delegate will recieve a certificate to state that they have completed the course. Certificates are valid for three years, and this course is accredited by Qualsafe Awards.

The Fire Safety Awareness course is ideal for those who want to increase their knowledge and awareness of Fire Safety in the workplace.

During the course, there will be a range of learning styles incorporated to maximise your learning experience. There will be a multiple-choice examination at the end of the course to test your knowledge. Upon successful completion of the course, each delegate will have the knowledge, confidence, and certification to go to their workplace and apply what they have learned to reduce the risk of fires.
Refresher training is recommended every 3 years, which will consist of a half-day course to refresh and update your Fire Safety knowledge.
